PACKAGING
All artwork is packaged in clear protective sleeves and shipped flat in rigid mailers or envelopes.
RETURNS
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund. Depending on the nature of your return, I may request that you send a photo of the damage or send the item back.
LOST SHIPMENTS
In the case that you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact me at mary@marymetzger.com. I will be able to verify whether your order has shipped, and check the tracking status.
